Since I've owned Columbia rain gear in the past, it was a no-brainer to buy again. So, I bought this for our annual camping trip to the Adirondacks, fortunately I only had to wear this jacket for a short time in one day but it did what it was supposed to! I remained dry and comfortable. Order a size up if you intend to wear layers (sweatshirt, etc).

I bought this rain jacket as a Christmas present for my wife. When she opened it up, I could tell she didn't like the color. It was blue and white, which is what she said she wanted, but she said it wasn't feminine enough. Also, the fit was too small. I read the reviews and got a size larger so she could wear sweaters underneath but it was still too small. We sent it back and got just what she wanted, so all is well!
