I keep this cooler in my car. I put my cold groceries in it or my snaks when on a trip and I always have ice in it. It fits just right and holds just the right amount of stuff. The best feature that I like is the handle that I can put over my arm.

I bought this cooler as a second choice to the one I really wanted, I could not find the one I thought would be best. I use this for kayaking on the Gulf of Mexico in Florida's West coast. I fill 5 - 32oz gatorade bottles with water and freeze them (These are my cooling agents and drinking water)I also add around 4 packs of something like blue ice. The blue ice type stuff does not last all that well but the water stays frozen even in Florida's hot temperatures and blazing Sun. The sandwiches and fruit I put in it stay nice and cool. I'm sure that if I put ice over top of everything it would be even better, but I need to try to keep the weight down. Overall it does the job it is suppose to do. The only thing I wish it had would be a top that closed securely, this top would open and dump everything out if my kayak rolled over if I do not secure it with rope or bungee cords this makes it hard to get into when on the water.

Comments about Rubbermaid 24-qt. Victory Cooler:
I have a Rubbermaid cooler exactly like the one I ordered. It is 20 years old, and has been used constantly. Because the quality is so good, this cooler has lasted this long. I decided to buy another one that is identical. I know that I will get many years of use from this Rubbermaid product.

Comments about Rubbermaid 24-qt. Victory Cooler:
This is a smaller cooler, great for car use. The handle makes it easy to carry. It's tall enough for cans or bottles with room at the top for ice.
The free shipping to any Gander Mountain store makes this a great value.

Comments about Rubbermaid 24-qt. Victory Cooler:
We really love this cooler! It's not too big, not too small. The cooler is used to conserve water bottles cool in our car. That cooler always stays in our car and has actually helped a lot when temperature is in the 90's and there is no water near! I wish it would have a tiny little drain at the bottom so it could be easier to drain, but not everything is possible. The drain is usually for bigger coolers, but it would be nice! I don't have anything bad to say about it. I love it!

The great thing about this cooler is that I rarely need ice and the plastic bottles always keep cool. And the price is perfect!!
