                  I'm a seasonal Park Ranger, 32 seasons and counting. Monoculars, while not great for extended viewing, are very good for quick looks, wildlife IDs, surveillance, and checking targets when shooting, they're light, compact, inexpensive, great as a back-up or lender when a companion wants to have a look.
