The set includes two removable and rechargeable battery packs, a charger base, interchangeable 6" and 7.5" hand-ground stainless-steel blades, a long-lasting motor and an advanced airflow handle to help alleviate heat buildup. All items are neatly packed in a blow-molded plastic compact carrying case so you can take them anywhere.

                        After my second cordless knife died, I purchased this model and used it with the optional 9" blade to slice 65 pounds of prime rib for a club dinner. It worked great and I didn't need to use the second battery that came with it.

                        It would be preferrable if the carrying case had an extra slot to store the the 9" blade.
