My sister & I have the enjoyment of taking care of my 9 year old granddaughter over the summer. I remember when my kids were young I had one of these tubs and loved everything about it. While my granddaughter is in her pool, my sister & I are in our own tubs reading our books. We even have special theme days like "Circus Day" and all the snacks around us have to be something that can be bought at the circus. We have enjoyed all kinds of themes. This tub keeps us cool and entertained while sitting outside in our tiny backyard. I only wish I had thought of this earlier - Maybe I would have paid more attention to the weight gain (this tub does hold a larger person). I do suggest if you want to be comfy and sit up to read your books - place a chair or something behind you so you can prop the pillow up against it for support.[...] I am very pleased.

I loved the size. My grandkids could get in there 2 at a time. We use the float in the lake. The material the float is made of is very thin. I am afraid is it goes over a branch, it will rip. Easy to blow up. The inflated pillow is loose in the float. Afraid it might blow away when no one is lying their head on it. Should have velcro or something to hold to the inside of the float. They had fun with it and even jumped into it but thought it might rip.

Comments about Swimline SunTan Tub Lounge:
Where have you been all my life! After the summer boating season is over with, or almost over, and it's time to go back to work, what a GREAT way to maintain that summer glow by laying in the Swimline SunTan Tub Lounge in the privacy of your backyard, deck, or anywhere! This lounge is versatile, easy to move around, and easy to fill with the Overton's high pressure inflator/deflator air pump. After work begins again at the end of August, trips to the lake get shorter in duration. The SunTan Tub Lounge will assure me that I will still look summer ready when I go on a planned cruise in September! Thanks Overtons!

Comments about Swimline SunTan Tub Lounge:
Loved floating around the lake in this little gem ALL last Summer...and would've been fully satisfied if THAT was the extent of my experience/review. Imagine my surprise when, after being stowed in the basement for an entire year, I pulled it out, re-inflated it, and got an entire SECOND SUMMER of enjoyment out of this baby. WOW!! Never expected it to "survive" the long, cold Winter all crumpled up in the basement. LOVE IT (and will buy additional ones for Summers to come!)

Comments about Swimline SunTan Tub Lounge:
I use this raft to lay out in my lake. It is especially great because it so big and roomy and you can tie yourself off. Also you can keep your whole body not touching the water. Very comfy!!!

Dumb Question - can I tow it?Asked on 1/31/2011 by Jim from Pittsburgh, PA1 answer
A:
you could, but I wouldn't recommend it (unless you plan to do so at a VERY low rate of speed, since it's very lightweight) much better as a "floater" ....or on dry land, if for the little ones (like a kiddie pool)Answered on 9/26/2011 by Lake Washington Floater from Seattle, WA
