                  Hi, It's thumper again. Love the dock anchors, but after a few years they do rust and look bad. Also, I was worried that they might cut the rope, as they are not thick, but not so, so far.
                  Well it is time to replace them. The Alumninum cleats will not have the rust problem.

                    I agree with the previous reviewer. I used in, along with cleats, for my houseboat when it is in its slip. It goes easily where you need it. And it is very handy to have at the gas pumps, as needed. Easy to carry.
                    Note: It fits between the 2" x 6" boards, and spins around to lock in. I don't think it will work on a dock that is all one piece.

                      These cleats really come in handy at the marina. I just twist them in and I am ready to pump my gas and go instead of a 5 min hassle making my lines work with their cleats or vice versa.
