Comments about Ongaro Marine Ongaro Standard Mini Compact Signal:
Bought this for our cabins ski boat. The boat sits all winter, then gets used hard for a few weeks each summer. Horn works great, 4-5 years out. When I hook up the battery each spring I always hit the horn to see if it's connected and am surprised by how load it is. It's mounted on the front deck, in the weather but horizontal. Not sure how people had it mounted that it filled with water. Good value.

Comments about Ongaro Marine Ongaro Standard Mini Compact Signal:
I purchased this horn to replace the original horn on my boat. It did not have the same mounting so I had to drill new holes to mount it. At first the horn was just what I needed, loud. But after the first rain (and the boat sas not moving) the horn filled with water and sounded worse than the one I was replacing. I would not recommend this horn to anyone.

Comments about Ongaro Marine Ongaro Standard Mini Compact Signal:
I had this installed inside the console on a pontoon boat and it quit working after less than a year. I have checked the voltage all the way into the horn and it is registering 12v, but just not working for some reason. Guess you get what you pay for, but I didn't think [$] but necessarily cheap for a simple horn.
