    It is a good wheel for the money.

    The center emblem came off before it was installed on the boat due to the heat because it is just a sticker. Should be a little better quality than that but, again, not bad for the money. I did have trouble due to the dash angle and contacted to manufacturer by email to obtain a shim kit. They emailed back that I would need to search the web and find a distributor to purchase one. Not much help!

            This steering wheel installed easily into SeaRay 230 Sundeck. Couldn't find a white repacement, went with the black and it looks great! The dark color makes the instrument panel "pop"! Really dressed up the ol' girl!

                  It's more black than gray. I think the photo doesn't show the true color of black. You might have to look around at an actual boat store to have one special ordered.

                  A:

                  This will fit helms with a standard 3/4" tapered shafts. You will have to know whether yours is a 3/4 inch tapered shaft or not. If it is older then it probably will not work. If you take your old steering wheel off and look at the shaft that is turns on if it starts out small and gradually gets bigger then chances are that it is the standard tapered shaft. Anything else our steering wheels will not work with.

                  You need to know the size of your steering shaft. This item fits only standard 3/4" tapered shafts.
