A:With a b107 boom height adjuster the straight boom will work. Without the boom height adjust a b202 boom or a b201 boom is needed to get the boom clamp mounted below the taper on the factory ski pylon.

A:it is meant to be hooked into the bow eye on the front of the boat. Anywhere else may effect the performance of the product, as well as a safety issue. I would recommend using the bow eye and not your lifting eye.Answered on 9/3/2009 by JUSTIN from OVERTONS TECHNICIAN
