Comments about O'Neill O'Neill Men's Hammer Short-Sleeve Spring Wetsuit:
Some of the waters I canoe and kayak are spring fed cold water that make ordinary swimsuit inadequate. As well, I regulary cool off in a spring fed stream that flows through my property. Even in summer heat the water temperature is usually between 66 and 70 degrees F. I tried two other brands of shorty wetsuits and there was no way I could wear the wetsuits. Then I tried Gander's O'Neill brand in an extra large and it fit better but with some difficulty. I'm not an odd size. I'm 5'8" and 170#. Dress suits size 40 regular usually fit with only minor alternations (sleeve length and cuff on trousers) needed. The O'Neill x/l more or less fit but tight in the chest and sholders just the same. I'll make it work.
