              Product is nice however the chest flotation is multiple layers of flotation - once they move around its very difficult to put them back in place - makes the life jacket useless. Quality control - just secure together all the layers to prevent seperation

              Since so many of the youth vests had reviews where they couldn't close
              it around the chest, I went with a woman's extra small size with the intent
              they'd have room to grow into them some. My 2 sons wore them this summer and so far are fine for this season and have enough room to be worn again for several years. Very good quality.
