It took me approx. 30 mins to blow up the main portion of the float; don't forget the two pillows. I tried to use an atomatic pump but the blow-up nozzles were too difficult; they did not allow air in easily so the pump was of no use. Once I blew the float up completely, I tied a water rope around the the area that attaches the pillow to the body of the float; it riled. When it ripped, it took a huge portion off of the body and was ruined. I never was able to use it so I can't comment on comfort or anything else except that I will not buy a raft from this company again because it was priced at about twice the amount of the rafts I saw in local stores (which have lasted much longer than this on-line raft).

Comments about Swimline Solstice Face2Face Lounger:
this is a fun lake item to use with a friend. It needs a handle to attach to a boat line. It's difficult to fill and empty, the air spout needs to be easier to use. It's to long for the air pump nozzle to push past the valve to fill faster.

Comments about Swimline Solstice Face2Face Lounger:
We were tired of buying disposable air mattresses to use in the pool. We were lucky to get one season out of them and most had to be aired up with every use. We're VERY pleased with this product and highly recommend it for a pool. It seems to be much more durable and it doesn't require putting air in it with every use. Only time will tell how long it will last. The only precaution is, you better have an air compressor of some kind because it does requite a lot of volume to fill.
