Sales Tax Information

As required by law, Overton's charges sales tax on items that are shipped to, delivered to or picked up in states where we have a physical presence. This includes Overton's two showrooms in North Carolina and any Gander Mountain retail store throughout the United States (see Gander Mountain's store locator). The tax amount reflects the applicable state and local rate.

We collect state and local sales tax for shipments to the following states:

AL	AR	CO	FL	IA	IL
IN	KS	KY	MD	MI	MN
MS	NC	ND	NY	OH	PA
TN	TX	VA	WI	WV

To estimate the tax amount for your order, simply add your shipping zip code to the "shipping and handling" box in your shopping cart and press "Get Methods". This will refresh your cart with available ship methods and an estimated sales tax amount.
