Returns & Exchanges

At Overton’s, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return the unopened and unused merchandise within 90 days for a full refund or exchange. A refund, less original shipping and handling, will be applied to the original form of payment, or if requested, an exchange item will be promptly sent. Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days. These items will be inspected and if defective, will be eligible for a refund or replacement. Used merchandise found to be free of defects will be refused. Defective merchandise older than 30 days should be handled by the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policy. Some exceptions may apply.

Please note: If you are returning items that were ordered as part of a promotional discount or were bundled in a buy one get one offer, we will gladly accept the return; however, the value of the discount, free product, or gift card will be deducted from your reimbursement.

All electronics, ice houses, and tents must be returned, unopened and unused, within 30 days of purchase. Opened, but unused electronics, ice houses, and tents returned with all original manuals, accessories, and packaging, within 30 days, may be exchanged but are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All special orders are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. Trolling Motors, EPIRBs, life rafts, generators, and electronic charts are not returnable unless defective, in which case they may be returned for replacement only.

To return the merchandise, simply fill out the return information on the back of the packing slip and send it with the merchandise to:

Please indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken (exchange/refund). Items must be sent prepaid. We cannot accept COD or bill recipient shipments. Return shipping is not reimbursable. We suggest sending your return via Fed Ex Ground, insured parcel post, or UPS Ground.

If your item arrives damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately contact Customer Service at 1-800-334-6541 for further instructions.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your apparel or footwear purchase, you can return your order within 90 days for a full refund plus free return shipping. When returning apparel, make sure it is in new, unworn condition, in the original package with all liners and tags attached. Please call 1-800-334-6541 to request your return label for FREE return shipping.
Overton’s Open Box Outlet features products that have been opened and returned, display items, and merchandise that was simply used for photography. These items may have minor cosmetic imperfections that will not affect performance and in some cases are not noticeable. These products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless an error has been made on our part in describing the item.
Overton’s wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Upon receiving your order, please inspect all merchandise for any defects or poor workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact the returns department at 1-800-334-6541 for return instructions. NO EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE WITH AMWAY GLOBAL ORDERS AT THE TIME OF RETURN. However, a new order can be placed on the Amway Global website. Returns can be made within 30 days from delivery confirmation.
Some items are covered under manufacturer’s warranty and therefore may have to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. The returns department retains full discretion on granting refunds. All special orders are non-refundable. We cannot accept any parcels freight collect or COD.
